Brito's Cleaning LLC ("we," "us," "our") is a family-owned house cleaning business in Palm Bay, Florida. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect on britoscleaning.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us in our quote form: your name, email address, phone number, service address (street, city, state and zip code), and details about your home and the cleaning you want — type of cleaning, bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, how often, add-ons, notes, and your preferred date and time.
- If you sign in with Google or Facebook: your name, email address and an account ID from that service. We never see or store your Google or Facebook password, and we never post anything to your accounts.
- Before & after photos and videos our team takes inside your home when we clean, to document the work. They are stored privately and can only be seen by our team and by you (when you sign in with the email you gave us). We never publish them without asking you first.
- Messages you send us by text, phone, email or WhatsApp, and any feedback you choose to share.
- Basic website usage information collected automatically by analytics tools, such as the pages you visit, your device and browser type, your approximate location and how you found our site.
2. How we use your information
- To prepare your quote and answer your questions.
- To schedule, confirm and provide your cleaning services.
- To contact you by phone, text or email about your quote and your appointments.
- To understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it and our advertising.
- To protect our website from spam and abuse.
3. Text messages
When you share your phone number with us, we may text you about your quote and appointments. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. If you'd like us to stop texting you, just reply STOP or let us know, and we will. We do not share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with anyone for their own marketing.
4. We do not sell your information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We only share it with the service providers that help us run our business and website — for example, our website host Netlify, Supabase (which securely stores quote requests, accounts and job photos), Google (Google sign-in and Google Analytics) and Meta (Facebook sign-in and the Meta Pixel) — and only as needed for them to provide those services. We may also share information if the law requires it.
5. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. These tools use cookies and similar technologies to count visits, see which pages are useful and measure how well our ads work. They do not give us your name or contact details.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and manage how Meta uses your information for ads in your Meta ad preferences.
6. How long we keep your information
We keep quote requests and customer records only as long as we need them to provide our services, keep normal business records, or meet legal requirements.
7. Your choices: access, correction and deletion
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we have about you at any time. Just text or call us at (689) 251-9731 and tell us what you'd like us to do. We'll take care of it promptly and let you know when it's done.
8. Children's privacy
Our website and services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Security
Our website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, and we take reasonable steps to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data online is 100% secure, but we work hard to keep your information safe.
